This is a quality film that deserves wide viewing. The fractured storyline is composed with an eye toward viable resolution and is effectively paid off for the patient spectator The images, performances and locales are genuinely compelling--from the warm and desolate plains of Mexico/New Mexico to the rugged, cold-tempered coast of Portland. Excellent presentation at the SFF.

Thanks for posting, Del. I was debating whether to see this tomorrow night or not. I definitely will now. Looking forward to it. I'll post afterward.

I agree this was a very powerful film. Excellent performances. Great storytelling. Beautiful cinematography and sound. I found it every bit as compelling as "Babel" and much more uplifting in the end. This absolutely deserves a wide distribution.
